Customer

You agree to abide by these terms when booking / purchasing Grelsbölen Tila / Tentsile Experience Grelsböle products and services on Internet services.

booking Conditions

reservation

• The Customer is responsible for getting acquainted with the description and instructions of the booking object / objects and the terms of the reservation.

• The reservation made by the customer is binding when the order / payment confirmation is sent to the customer's email address.

• The customer pays the booking in accordance with the payment method chosen in accordance with the payment terms.

• The Booking System sends an order / payment confirmation to the customer's email address.

• Grelsböle Tila does not respond to a failed booking but the customer must contact the customer service immediately to correct the situation.

• The Grelsbölen Tila does not warrant that the object is still free in this situation.

• If the item is not free, the money will be returned or replaced if possible with another item.

Cancellations and changes

• The day of cancellation is the day Grelsböle Tila has received information about the cancellation.

• The customer is responsible for the cancellation of the cancellation in sufficient time.

• If the customer withdraws their reservation,

o When the reservation starts for less than 10 days, 50% of the rental price is charged.

o Along with the discount code, the entire rental price is charged regardless of the date of cancellation.

Owner's right to cancel the reservation

• In the event of force majeure, Grelsbölen Tila will terminate the lease. A notice of termination shall be notified to the customer for leasing the object without delay.

• The customer is then entitled to reimbursement of the rent paid in full.

• The costs incurred by the customer for the lease of the lease due to force majeure problem will not be reimbursed.

 

Use of the object

• The destination is specified in the destination description

• During the rental period, the customer has access to the property and its equipment as well as to the specified services.

• If the charger notices any defects or other objections, he / she must inform the Grelsböle Tila immediately.

• The customer is responsible for the cleanliness of the object's yard and the removal of waste during and after the rental period, unless otherwise specified in the service description.

• The customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the property at the end of the reservation. Some items may include final cleaning as a service, which is always indicated in the destination description.

• If the customer has left the item without cleaning, the total cost of the cleaning of the property in Grelsböle Tila will be charged at least EUR 50.

• The vacation destination is used by the client during the specified time of the destination description.

• Pets are not allowed in the Tentsile unless otherwise stated in the destination description.

Compensation for damages

• The Customer is obligated to compensate Grelsböle Tila for any damage he has caused to the subject. The consignee is also responsible for other persons visiting the site and for any damage they cause during the reservation.

• Grelsböle Tila does not replace any inconvenience or costs that may arise from natural conditions such as insects, animals, skulls or unexpected weather variations.

complaints

• Any complaints should always be made as soon as possible after the issue has occurred.

• If there is no satisfactory solution or a claim for compensation, the complaint must be submitted within one month of the end of the rental period in writing.

• Grelsbölen Tila seeks to handle the appeal as soon as possible but within a maximum of one month.

• If the customer and the Grelsbölen Tila do not agree, the customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.

• Grelsbölen Tila applies trusted and secure payment brokers in its services.

• The Grelsbölen Tila does not store any bank or credit card information at any time.

• You agree to comply with the terms of your chosen payment method.

• Payment by invoice

o The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice

o If the booking of the booked item has not been paid by the due date, the booking will be canceled and the code will be returned to the reservation system.

• The pay-off service is executed and the payment service provider is operated by Maksukaista Paybyway Oy (Business ID 2486559-4). Paybyway Oy appears as a payee with a card payment and passes the payment to the merchant. Paybyway Oy has a payment institution license.

• If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of subscription, Grelsböle Tila does not process the order.

General Terms and Conditions

• The prices shown on the web service are subject to VAT.

• We rent products and services to individuals and corporate customers of the age group.

• We reserve the right to change prices.

• The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

• Grelsbölen Tila has the right to use and disclose registered address information to direct mail, distance selling and other direct marketing as well as market and opinion polls unless the customer denies it. You can make a prohibition on the contact details mentioned in the terms.

• We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must check with the terms of delivery in advance.
